Navarra Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the most northerly produced olive oil in Europe. This factor, along with the soil and climate conditions in the area where it is produced and with the area’s varieties of olive (Arróniz, the variety native to this area, Arbequina and Empeltre), lead to a very singular oil which is exceptionally intense and fruity.

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
The geographical area protected by the “Aceite de Navarra” (Navarra Oil) Protected Denomination of Origin covers a total of 135 towns in the South of Navarra. This is a zone with a typical Mediterranean climate, buffeted by the wind from the north-east known as the Cierzo, and with soils which are barely decalcified because of the lack of rain.
